Consulting Hours: Mon – Fri, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your appointment for registration and to fill in a health questionnaire.

When you come for your appointment please remember to obtain and bring the following:

• Referral Letter (GP, Doctor or Physio)
• X Rays, MRI or CT scans
• Medical and Family History
• Copies of Pathology Reports
• List of current medications
• Allergies to pharmaceuticals or other
• Relevant Journal, Exercise or Travel Plans
