Breast Care Nurse
As a specially trained breast care nurse Liz provides ongoing support to breast cancer patients. With over 20 years of nursing experience, she offers psychological and emotional support to patients through diagnosis, surgery and ongoing treatment. Liz’s role is a vital one in terms of assisting patients to coordinate and understand their treatment. In June 2017 Liz was appointed a McGrath Breast Care Nurse. The appointment provides funding for her to work an additional two days per week and enables her to provide free services to those diagnosed with breast cancer.
